Yes, we can stutter and start to sweat, it is an intense thing to ask a girl out we really like. I think that is one reason the bad boys do better with girls, they don't care who they abuse.

Depends on the guy. The over-confident, self-absorbed, arrogant slimeballs that most women seem to go for are never nervous around women. And they usually treat women like garbage. We all know that nobody wants to be treated like garbage; but these guys exude so much confidence the attraction is enough to keep these women constantly coming back for more.

Conversely, the guys that would treat a woman like a queen are the ones who tend to be the most nervous around them. Make no mistake -- there are plenty of guys who get real nervous around women they like; to the point of utter paralysis.

Tragically, this nervousness is often perceived as a lack of confidence by women. And we all know women do not tend to go for men who lack confidence. Thus, even though these guys would treat them well, buy them everything they want, etc. -- the no-confidence thing is a dealbreaker. Nice guys finish last.

I am therefore convinced that the majority of women value confidence in a mate way more than how the mate would treat them. In fact, this is battered-wife syndrome: Some women will actually willingly suffer physical abuse to continue to be with a guy they are attracted to.

I think it depends on the guy - in my current relationship I believe that my girlfriend (and she would agree with this) gets more nervous about things at times then I do - however, I do get nervous about stuff. The key thing is no one wants to be rejected by the other person and be accepted for just being themselves. I hope that helps you out.

Good Luck!!!

My girlfriend and i just recently had a conversation about this. She was amazed when she found out that i was as nervous as she was. I just have the ability to act cool and collected, i would think about what I'm saying. I would not say too much but also not too little. But in reality i was shaking nervous. We get just as nervous as you do, possibly more.

Sure i get nervous all the time, especially when i want to tell them how i feel.

By the way i liked how you clarified this question is for "guys or girls" as if there were a third option lol

Yeah Im pretty sure most guys do. I mean put yourself in their shoes. Wouldn't you get all nervous if a really cute guy came over and talked with you and you didn't wanted to impress him in everyway and it made you all nervous?

My fiance did. after a while he told me that was why he was so quiet the first two weeks we knew each other. Plus the fact that I always waited for him to call me made him even more nervous.

I think they have a wee bit worse.Although cocky guys have no problem whatsoever approaching girls. A decent guy though, probably has a lot of difficulty approaching a beautiful girl.
