I have been really down and depressed the last couple of days and need a boost. Please and thank you.

(oh yeah, already on meds so don't need more of that)

I care about you, I have been down before too, I'm also on meds. I try to get out of the house and do something fun if I can, if you're working right now, go out after work. Call some friends or go see a funny movie.

Take care, I'll be thinking about you.

Do you see the new horizon?
Do you feel the change in tide?
The dawn in another new season for your life
Destined to win, today we begin
To reach beyond the limits in run
Pursue with your heart
Press on the Mind
Believe in the best is yet to come
You're an overcomer
More than a conquerer
Call to be a champion in life
All things are possible
And every river is crossable
Discover The Champion in You
Keeping your eyes, fixed on the prize
A vision of victory,
Press throughout the obstacles
Experience America of seeing your future
Breaking free
You're an overcomer
More than a conquerer
Call to be a champion in life
All things are possible
And every river is crossable
Discover The Champion in You
(at Lakewood)

Hi!

I think this site will help - www.sahajayoga.org. You might not 'believe' in this kind of stuff but it's worth a try even if you don't?

I've done this about 2 or 3 times since I found the site last week and I'm already feeling a lot more positive.

Let me know how you get on.

Well DC the only thing I can tell you that is good is that I have survived my depression. It almost killed me but I am doing very well and stronger than ever. I still have my days but they are not as insurmountable as when I was really sick. I got back most of my "worldly possessions" and I'm not homeless any more. Yahoo search "The Last Temptation of George Petrie" to read my story. best wishes

Those awful feelings will pass.

There are people who care about you more than you can imagine.

You can add to the world. You can make people's lives better. Even a tiny thing, like giving someone an honest compliment can help brighten the world.

Write down all the good things about yourself: health, finances, etc. Anything you can think of. Then write down the bad things: depression, etc. Concentrate on the good things. Depression sux but it is only a feeling and it doesn't last.

I heard something about Arnold S. (The Terminator) I didn't know how to spell his name, is possibly going to run for President.

Picture this: he finds Bin Laden, bring him to the coldest, most bone chilling place in the world, takes away his clothing, and hangs him from the edge of a glacier by his toenails and the rest of his body tied tightly in ropes; starts walking way, then turns and says " I'LL BE BACK" !!

he'd be a good President, nobody will want to mess with him because he could probably take on any army all by himself.

i think everyone's been there one time or another, just that alot don't like to admit it or can handle it extreamly well ---
things will get better ---- make sure you get out for walks in the sunshine --- it sounds stupid but it really does help!!!!!!
