I recently began taking massage classes. A girl I supervise at work asked me if I would practice on her. We work in a hotel and she wants us to set up a room secretly and meet up in the evening. Oh god do I want to. She is deliciously hot but I supervise her? To massage or not to massage?

Absolutely not. You are her supervisor and that can be considered sexual harassment. Also, if you are training to be a massage therapist you need to be professional, not be but she is so hot. When you become a therapist you will have clients that are "hot" and under no circumstances should you hit on them either. You are entering a field that most still consider adult entertainment and we are trying to overcome that classification and, no offense to you, but it's because of comments like that, that we are having a hard time doing that.
Just remember that anytime you are massaging anyone be a professional and under no circumstances should you ever hit on anyone you are massaging. AND definitely do no massage someone you supervise unless you want to possibly defend yourself in court.

Definitely NOT to massage!!! If you do, there are possible harassment and fraternization issues that could arise. My friend got in a fraternization issue just for living with a female co-worker that she supervised. My friend was lucky not to get fired. My best advise: Stay out of that situation.

The best way to improve your massage skills is to find a partner and keep practising on each other. As long as there's a good intention, i don't see anything wrong with that. But i don't think hotel is a good idea. In our spa one http://www.spa-one.co.uk we accepts trainee to practice and work at the same time to perfect their skill.

If it is a supervisor type relationship you would be opening yourself up to potential for so much trouble. Weigh the risk of a potential sexual harassment suit vs. massaging a hot girl.

You could practice on her, but NOT at work because ANYBODY could walk in & see what is going on..or you could explain to her that the offer is very temptin , but your not really sure about the outcome; trust me, putting your cards on the table could prove to be a very good thing for the both of you & + u might get to do some extracurricular things together!!!!

i am also a massage guru. so here is some advice. dont massage her at work. go to her place or your home or it is sexual harassment. you can massage her but keep it professional. no sex and no happy endings. if you do, it will lead to trouble. keep it real and you will be well respected. and get more clients as well.

I'm guessing that she wants more than a massage. In any case just do it, life is about taking risks, and if you don't you'll wonder what could have happened and that will bother you severely.

NOT! NOT! NOT! NOT! NOT!

Did I say not?

Dude, you are so setting yourself up for a lawsuit and unemployment.

a) the first time she asks you for something and you DON'T do it? She is quite likely to scream sexual harassment
b) if your boss ever found out that you 'secretly' set up a room? You're fired

No way!! Do not as a supervisor, put yourself in this compromising situation. Especially at/in the workplace. I doubt dating her would even be acceptable let a lone groping her on company time...

If you supervise her I would say no...don't know what the co policy is but you could end up losing your job, so you need to decide if it is worth it.
