im in the military have to be off work for a month with no pay can i claim any type of unemployment.

If you are called up to active duty, you will be getting paid for that. Not sure how you could justify unemployment in that situation.

if you are active duty and are off duty with no pay for a month you are on restriction and have your pay removed because you screwed up. and no you can't claim unemployment for that. if you are a reservist and are called to active duty and have to leave your job then the military is paying you and you don't get unemployment for that either.

I don't think that you can because you volunteered for the military.

If you screwed up and recieved punishment then NO.
