how do you get smooth knees?

ok so my knees aren't like my friends, mine look like they're really dirty when i stand up. but when my legs are bent, they look a bit better. how do i make my knees smooth and not rough and not look dirty (as in gray+skin color) do i put on lotion on it until it looks nice? how please help!!!

ok what u do is get some udder balm from like a tractor supply store or walmart or somewhere or u can use crisco(yes i know its gonna feel weird) but neways put that on the spot before going to bed then cut a sleeve off a shirt of use a cut the toe off of a sock and slide it over the ligament to cover the part to be smoothed. goto bed. the next morning check it out. this also works with dryed out cracked hands and also dry elbows.

Try making a scrub with olive oil, kosher salt, some lemon juice and a trace of brown sugar - use it in the shower to soften and break away the dirty skin -
apply only a pure and natural cream to them post drying off.

Try to use a body soap that has those beads in it that scrub and scrub over your knees a little extra to make them smoother and then afterwords use a lotion

yea try cocoa butter cus that mosturizes good, or u could try baby oil
