One should use Present Continuous to denote an action that will take place in near future. It is correct to say, "My brother is coming back tomorrow." When speaking about distant future, use Simple Future. For example, "I will begin learning French next year". When one means not an action but only an intention to perform it, "be going to" is the correct choice. "I am going to move to another city"
