The fact is that God made this world for practice. We know from Genesis that God made the world in a week. He didn't take the time to do a proper job. This world is merely a prototype. God learned what he needed to know from the experiment and abandoned it. Now he's off somewhere else working on the production model. That's why we never see him around.

And now you know THE REST OF THE STORY.

Hi,

If God is controlling everything, then He's controlling
everything that's happening on a wide Global Basis.
And that's a Chaotic, Violent, Turbulent, Suffering Planet.
It does,nt look like much Control to me, it looks like, Out
Of Control. I would'nt call that "Kindly Stepping Aside"!?!

No, God is not in control of everything. The woman I have lived with for the last 3 years is in control of everything.

When Satan challenged God's right to rule His creations beginning in the Garden of Eden, Satan never questioned God's power. He was never too bright, but even he was not that stupid.

God's sense of justice did allow for the challenge to be tested. That is how we now have Satan and man trying to control and rule earth for the past 6,000 yrs. What a MESS!!!

At God's proper time, He will take control again and restore peace and good life for mankind. Will that not be wonderful?

Honey: We live in a fallen world where people use their free will to their own detriment. God is always present and always in control. His plan for us is propositional in nature and his blessings are always subject to covenant. He is not a wimp or a push over; he is simply allowing us to choose the path that we desire while, at the same time, sending his angels to offer eternal life. What will you choose? His offer shall expire soon.
Cheers,
Mr. M on "control."

Yes and no, God controls everything but has given people free will. Kind of a paradox, hah?

God is in control of everything. Otherwise, God would not be sovereign. A God who is not sovereign is no God at all!

God has always given us the free will to be in "control" of our own lives to an extent.
