Novmbr are u sure? Could u explain why can they drive and different law on this matter

Maybe. You have to disclose any medical conditions that may affect the safe operation of a motor vehicle, so it is up to the medical review board to decide if you can drive anything. That being said, unless it is a very serious condition one is taking the medication for, it may not be a factor. I know of more than one person on anti-depressants who has no problem driving or being authorized to drive.

Normally someone on anti-depressants cannot drive ANYTHING. Most ADs affect your ability to drive safely.
