I want to have some tasty BBQ for dinner. What cut should I buy would make it worth my while to BBQ it tonite? Could be beef, chicken, whatever is readily available. So no one say alligator, LOL.

I take a rack of ribs and cover em' with BBQ sauce, bake in the oven for 1 hour at 300 and then throw them on the grill on low. Place a sheet of tinfoil down first though {it helps to not burn them or make a mess}. T-Bones and Sirlions are great grilled but not BBQ'd.

try beef brisket. If you use your grill, put the fire on one side and the brisket on the other side of the grill. add some wood chips for smoke, cook slow! Let it cool in the fridge, the next day, slice it and put it in a roaster with a can of beer and BB-Q sauce stick it in the oven, 350 for 2 hours. then serve!

have some nice steak tips. at my dads house in the summer we always have steaktips, corn on the cob, and some KRAFT suddenly pasta salad the bacon ranch kind or original. also if you maranade the steak it is soo good!

FAJITIAS!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is like a skirt steak. It is just a wonderful piece of meat that I learned about in Laredo, Texas.
