I guess anything is possible..but I would bet money on it that your cat is fine. Animals are able to digest raw material differently than humans.
Toxomplasmosis is much more likely to enter a humans body through open wounds when handling raw meat. Also more prevalent to the cat that would be eating a rodent that has been affected. Toxo makes humans sick. If your cat has toxo she will not show signs outwardly.
I have had two friends stricken with the disease. One got it from infected cats. This gal didn't wash her hands after handling cat feces and ingested some. These were feral cats in a very dirty environment..really dirty. The other friend got it from handling raw meat with open sores on her fingers. Both situations were rare. Both friends were treated and are both fine. The barn cats were fine too, although the cat care taker opted to euthanize them. Like I said these were rare incidents. Toxo is out their but it is rare. For a human to contract toxo from a cat you would have to eat the feces of an infected cat. This is why pregnant women shouldn't handle cat feces or change the litter pans the scare is for the unborn fetus in pregnant women, not adults in general. If you are worried just keep your hands clean and again, I wouldn't worry about it.

Pork for human consumption has to pass federal standards, you see far less parasite transfer because of this. The pork juice is probably not a good idea to give her though, and if it was room temperature for a day, i'd be more worried about botulism (food poisoning). But toxoplasmosis? No. Not very likely.

Pork carries trichonosis. Toxoplasmosis is a natural parasite that many cats carry and they get from their mothers. It is dangerous mainly to pregnant women. Cats can carry it and it won't effect many of them. People can carry it too sometimes with no effects.

I would take her to the Vet. Toxoplasmosis can be transmitted to humans through the cats feces.
