Because at work you are under complete control of your boss's every wish and command. Doesn't authority suck?!!

That is just the nature of the beast. Bosses get to boss people around. I would hope that most would do it in a nice way and not be a total jerk, but there are a few in every crowd.

When you started work, did you have to sign a contract? This is the form saying you agree that your boss gets to boss you around!

He gets paid even more. And who is going to boss him around? If he doesn't boss you around, it does not look like he does anything the whole day..

No but you accepted employment with his firm and that means as a matter of position you have to do what he says needs done. He runs the company you just work for him. He decides what needs to be done, and you are the one in the position to do it. That is how it works, if you do not like it quit, start your own business. It is the way of the world. With that kind of attitude sorry you will never get anywhere.

Some of bosses do that so accept it. If you don't want he boss you around, be your own boss. Try to think of your own business!

Because the company that employed you to work employed him to be your boss. Or if he owns the company, he's got the right to tell his employees what to do.
You don't like it, you can always get another job... where you'll find another person telling you what to do all the time.

Your kidding, right? He is in business to make money. He is paying you to make money for him. Based on the spelling and grammar of your question, I suspect that he is probably better at figuring out how to make money. If you do not like doing it his way. Start your own business.
