depends if the cat is feral or socialized. cats generally don't attack their owners.

Low if you watch the cat's body language so you don't push them so far they feel the need to push back with aggression.

Cats will be territorial with other cats, usually not humans.

Low,cats don't see humans as a threat to their territory .

If the cat is fixed its LOW
If its not fixed very HIGH.
