As AUdrii said it depends on the girl that's true. But your question was more direct. By far the easiest way I've ever seen and certainly the quickest is oral. Your tongue is the fastest way to get a girl in bed and the best way to keep her there.
Not as many women have orgasm by intercourse. And as for the G spot as someone pointed out not all women respond to this at all. Some women possess the ability others do not.

The problem is you are focusing on speed. Girls aren't "into" speed. Slow down, take your time. For girls, it's physical, emotional, and psycological (not necessarily in that order).
All girls, like all guys, are different. Different things appeal to different people.
