Plan your times together when his cousin is not included. Let him spend time with his cousin when you're not around. And wait for them to grow up.

If you really like him, then you can find a way to deal with his annoyingness.
Like what does he do that's so annoying?

Hun, there isn't much you can do. When you put one guy with another, they try to show that you are their little female dog. You can try to talk to him alone. But what I try to do is treat him the same way he treats me when I'm around my friends.

classic male. he's showing off for his cousin. maybe putting you down to make him look funny. pull him aside and tell him how you feel, tell him to knock it off that its not funny, say stop showing off in front of your cousin. and threaten to go home. he wont like that...

what does he do to be annoying? talk to him about what he is doing that annoys you. if that doesn't work, just stay away from him when his cousin is around
