Can I take someone to court for viewing my credit card account? They did not use it, just viewed it.?

It is an invasion of privacy, but you kind of have to have proof they did it out of intent to hurt you.

Did a prospective employer view it? Often if you apply for credit your account will be viewed, as well as, if you apply for a new job.
