you need to eat more potassium..
bananas have a good amount... that's what my Dr told me when i was pregnant and got them allot.. Good Luck..
other foods, Salmon, Trout, Tuna, Apricots (dried), Avocados, Kiwi, Cantaloupe, Oranges, Raisins, watermelon, see link below for more..

Try eating bananas, they are high in potassium which will help your feet from cramping.

i get them too!!!! so painful....every once in a while i get them in my calf also....i hate foot cramps!!! they wake me up and then I can't fall back asleep!

maybe it's the way you position your foot at night and it cuts off circulation in your foot.
