There are many but this verse sums up the whole Bible.
John 3:16
16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life
Which is probably the very first verse I ever memorized as a three year old.

That depends. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. What is beautiful for you may not be beautiful to me.
However, for me, it is Mt 27:51:
And behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth shook and the rocks were split.
The reason is because of the poetic metaphor used here. The veil of the temple was the screen that separated God (represented by the Holy of Holies in the temple) and Man. It was a metaphor for sin. When Jesus died, he took upon himself the penalty for all sin for all time. He thus utterly tore apart that which spearates God and Man, allowing us to enter into his presence.

"Ehud then approached him while he was sitting alone in the upper room of his summer palace [a] and said, "I have a message from God for you." As the king rose from his seat, 21 Ehud reached with his left hand, drew the sword from his right thigh and plunged it into the king's belly. 22 Even the handle sank in after the blade, which came out his back. Ehud did not pull the sword out, and the fat closed in over it. 23 Then Ehud went out to the porch [b] ; he shut the doors of the upper room behind him and locked them."

To me it would have to be:
"For I saw a new Heaven and a new Earth, for the old ones had passed away."
I don't know,to me it's powerful. You know, like life coming anew again and old structures crumbling to let new ones abide. Like a metaphor of society and old traditions, let the old, sterotypical values of our forefathers be destroyed so that our possibly "better" or acceptable or euphoric philosophies can be stable and make the world just a little bit better to live in.

I know it's not NT, but here goes
Ezekiel 25:17. The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you

Rom 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to flesh, but according to Spirit.
Doesn't get much better than this. If you were to convert, it would be a work of God solely. If you are one of His, He will awaken you from your dead state, place His Spirit in you, give you the faith to believe, and open your eyes and ears. I pray He will do so.

Revelation 21:4 (New International Version)
He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."

I have absolutely no idea, but I am highly intrigued that there may be a grouping of words which would cause such a dramatic change in your belief system.
Please let me know what that verse is?
************************
Let me give it a shot:
For me personally, it would be "And as ye treat the least of my children, so ye treat me."
