In your opinion give reasonable measures of success

I am supposed to talk about this for about 3-4 minutes for a presentation for a second interview, can anyone please give me pointers about what I should say? I don't actually understand exactly what it means and really wan't this job. Please help me.

Thanks for the quick replies. The role is Junior Business Analyst. If anyone else can add to what has already been said, I would appreciate it.

Measures of success may include:
Increased revenue, customers, productivity, customer satisfaction, etc.
Decreased errors, cost per unit, employee dissatisfaction, customer complaints, etc.
Be sure to fit the measurements to the position to which you are applying.

Making the client happy without negating the profit margin.
At least give the client the appearance or impression that the company cares about them.
One good comment about a biz goes flat.
One bad comment about a Company will ride on and on.
The customer is always right, even when they are wrong, let them feel that way and it is a win for the company.
Success is a happy client base.

That is biz 101

It's about how you prove that you have been successful. For example, teachers could prove they are successful teachers by showing evidence of exam results of their students, including what their predicted results were and how much they have improved as a result of learning.

What is the job you are being interviewed for? What do you think your targets would be in the job? You could talk about possible SMART targets. Then how you would meet those targets and prove that you had, eg reaching sales figures, gaining qualifications (whatever is relevant).

Hope you are successful!

I'm not sure but I think it means, what does success mean to you? Or, at what point would you think you have achieved success? Try to relate it to the job you are interviewing for, and of course try to point out good things about yourself.

What you do is start off with something relevant to to job and then head towards something you really know about it doesnt matter how you get there just say keep on saying 'which brings me on to this' ........
