No, not really. I actually dont want to become anorexic. I dont eat a lot but I am a little chubby. I want to lose about 35 pounds. I dont know how. I was thinking about going a few days without eating. If that would damage my body please tell me. Tell me how to lose that weight. Just dont tell me things like eat light and excercise because I have been doing that and its not helping. Go ahead and yell at me because I said the word anorexic. Yell at me all you want. But I said I dont want to be anorexic, just really thin. Help me please!

I wrote, I want to be anorexic on the top because I know a lot of people who go to those kinds of threads because they like to yell at people for saying they want to be so I thought it woud make more people come. Ok?

you can lose fat only when you create slight deficit in daily caloric intake otherwise all you will lose is gona be water weight and muscle and slow down your metabolism and then gain it all back.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

well how long have you been working out? It's not going to happen in a week or two. I'm sorry but that's the only answer, eat less but more often and work your butt off... Do a lot of cardio, get on a treadmill and try doin at least a 30 min at about 5mph and some incline, also what you can do is do some exercises such as lunges, squats, some ab work and then do your cardio, I read the other day that you burn more if you do that.

PS - And by the way, how much do you weight? and how tall are you? Because 35lbs is a lot, so unless you're obese you don't need to loose that much.

Do Not Go Without Eating! If you want to lose weight properly you need to eat right (not necessarily light) And exercise. I eat six times a day and am never hungry. Going without eating will make you temporarily lose weight, but it will come right back on when you eat again. It is also very bad for your system, which needs proper nutrients to survive. Eating right is not difficult - eat lots of fruits, veggies, some meats, dairy, grains. The less processed the food, the better. Fast food, snacks, sweets, sodas etc. should be occasional treats. Drink tons of water. Exercise doesn't have to mean going to the gym or working out heavily. You can take walks, ride a bike, go bowling - just stay active. Doing things the right way may take longer, but the results will be lasting. Good luck!

I'm glad to hear that you don't want to be anorexic!
If you stop eating for a few days, your body will actually think you are starving and will store the fat. To increase metabolism, try eating light healthy snacks (fruit, veg) every two hours in addition to a healthy meal.
I don't know how long you have been trying, but be patient with yourself. Rome wasn't built in a day.

Its true if you don't eat ur body will do that but i did lose 16 pounds in 4 weeks
This is how it worked In the morning i ate 2 egg whites and a tomato and in the afternoon i ate a banana. < THATS WHAT I ATE FOR THE WHOLE DAY) I probably exercised like 2 hours a day :) But i think its going to have long term effects But im pretty happy it worked for me i have no lose skin or anything I FEEL GREAT

First of all, don't fast. It slows your metabolism down and anything you do eat will immediately be stored cos your body is in fear of starving. Do you have a xanga journal? If so, you should come check mine out www.xanga.com/thatjuliagirl i post tips all the time about dieting. You should make a journal and join some blogrings about dieting. I've never been on a real diet in my life, just crash diets. I started getting into it on Xanga 2 months ago and have found that it's really easy to stick with, and I've already lost 11 pounds. i was born really thin just because i have a fast metabolism, and i dont understand why people like you want to be so thin! guys dont like twigs! they like curvy women! and everyone makes fun of me at school, they call me annorexic, or someone will say "hey look! there goes nicole richie!" so let me tell you, youre not missing much. the grass is allways greener on the other side.

You are one weird cat. I don't know about everyone who read your statement at the top of the page, but in my understanding of language, your statement specifically says "I WANT to be ANOREXIC".
