130 would be a great target goal. Average weight for 5'5 is from 125-130. Its definitely reachable in a 3 months time frame. Just keep drinking lots of water, doing cardio in the morning and staying away from bread, pasta and sugars.

Good luck

Hey! First off, congrats on your significant achivement of losing nearly 30 lbs. Because of it your Body Mass Index went from 28.3 down to 25.8. While according to your BMI you are still considered a bit overweight you have made a great improvement. A BMI less than 25 is considered to be healthy.

Now as for a healthy weight for you to achieve in 3 months. I would say that a gradual weight loss is safer and more likely to last longer than a drastic one. A steady weight loss of 1 to 2 lbs per a week would equal about 12 to 24 lbs. Losing 24 lbs would put you at just about 130lbs which would be a healthy weight, but so would 145lbs. My point is that depending on your frame and your own feelings just losing another 10lbs would be perfectly reasonable and healthy.

Lastly, you obviously know what to do to lose weight, so I have no doubt that you will continue to be successful. Just remember to exercise regurally as this will help you to continue to keep the weight you have already lost off, and maintain a balanced diet rich in whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies, and lean proteins. And drink lots of water of course!

I'm the same bulid... a healthy average weight for a woman 5'5' is 122-149lbs... i wouldn't try to lose more than 15 lbs in 3 months personally

Weight is a misleading measure. I'd recommend working towards a fitness/performance standard like aerobic endurance. If it's appearances you want, set a size measurement goal like losing waist circumference (though that's not as easy to figure a good goal).
Above all, don't sacrifice health for short term weightloss! Maintain nutrient intake and stay active.

figure on 2 pounds each week, so 25 about, but you might lose more or less. that' really close to where you should be. you might hit a plateau and not lose for a while, but keep it up and you'll get where you want to be.
