You've embarrassed yourself with your incorrect reporting of the situation.
If you bothered to learn any history at all, you would know that there has been a continuous Jewish presence in what we now call Israel for close on four thousand years.
Prior to the rebirth of Israel, the term 'Palestinian' actually referred primarily to the Jews. The 'Palestinian people' that we speak of today, i.e. the Muslims, were not a distinct entity until 1969 - some two decades AFTER Israel was established. Prior to that, they were referred to both by themselves and others as simply 'Arabs'.
If the Arab world had agreed to partition, like the Jews, then today there WOULD be two states, one Jewish, one Muslim. How on earth can it be fair to blame Israel for the fact that rather than accept the plan, the Arab world instead declared war and attacked Israel within twelve hours of it declaring independence???
As for your ABSURD claim that Hezbollah is a 'minor' group - seriously, what planet are you living on?!
Hezbollah is a terrorist group and is responsible for countless deaths through suicide bombings and other forms of violence.
And again, you get your facts wrong about the 'Jewish extremist' group you make reference to. You mean the Haganah, perhaps - the Jewish group that was set up out of sheer necessity to counter the attacks on Jewish settlers in the area by Arabs.
Why can't you recognise that both Jews and Muslims can live in peace, if only you guys would recognise Israel's right to exist? It's a reasonable thing for Israel to request.

The fanciful world your story - i mean question - describes never existed. Jews and Muslims did not get along just fine together until those nasty British and Americans decided to plunk Jews down in the middle of nowhere. What is true is that from a Muslim perspective things were fine; from a Jewish perspective, life was filled with persecution and potential violence. In the 20's, specifically 1929 there was an Arab riot that resulted in the massacre of dozens of innocent Jewish civilians. These riots occured in the 1930's as well. Throughout the beginning of the 20th century, pogroms happened multiple times in Muslim lands. Throughout the Middle Ages Jews were on average treated better in Muslim countries than Christian ones, but they were still treated as second class citizens and subject to persecution and violence. I would switch your statement: ever since Israel existed it has been SUBJECT to terrorism, bloodshed and killing BY the people of Palestine (who were in fact just local Arabs).
You state that Israel's existence is illegal; this implies that there is some law which governs these goings on. By legal rights, Britain claimed Israel from the Ottoman empire after conquering it by force. Conquest is legal (at least it was until recently), so this British claim is legal. As the land was British, Britain could do with it as they please and they chose to leave it to the UN. The UN decided to make Israel, hence Israel is totally legal. Go find me a law that applies and states that the creation of Israel was illegal before you make senseless claims. Furthermore, the creation of Israel was fully justified, as A) the land on which Israel was set up prior to war was primarily Jewish, purchased legally and B) a little something called the holocaust proved unequivocally that the Jews need a place where they could look out for their own, as no one else was going to do it.
Check your statistics. Israeli land is owned by Jews, and Jews are very much in the majority. Even if both Jews and Palestinians were thrown into one state, Israel would still have a 60% majority. I am saying Jews can't live in Palestine; perhaps you aren't paying attention, but how can you miss the blatant anti-Semitism on display in the Arab world? Putting that many Jews under Arab control would have only one outcome, one that one side would describe as "happy and peaceful" and the other as "bloodbath". What's more shocking to me is your baseless claim that Israel was brought about by the indesriminate killing of women and children, a charge that is wholly false. In response to your final question, Hizbullah are in fact the real terrorists.

God warned the world through prophets like Ezekiel thousands of years ago that the Jews would be returning to "their" land. I'm sure part of the reason he did this was to avoid the bloodshed there's been on both sides--so that the british, arabs, romans or whomever wouldn't get too attached to land that was ultimately going back to the Jews. Arabs got too attached, and there's been a bloody price to pay. Similarly, Ezekiel 38 is a warning for muslim countries (and russia) not to attack Israel, but sadly you seem bound and determined to ignore this warning as well and it will probably result in millions of your deaths. Maybe this is what it will take to make you realize how deceived you've been by islam.

Let's get a few things straight.
There are few nations MORE legitimate or justified than Israel. Jews lived on the land for centuries and had an independent nation: check. Returning after diaspora, Jews built a flourishing nation, that contributes to the world in science, medicine, technology, agriculture, trade, literature.
Functional democracy: all citizens, including Arabs, over the age of 18 eligible to vote: check. (Israeli Arabs have more political rights and more free speech in Israel than they do in Arab nations, and--if you're a Muslim, equal religious freedom. If you're a Christian Arab, you have MORE religious freedom in Israel.)
After WW1, the Brits (and French) drew all sorts of national boundaries that never existed before. Is Saudi Arabia legitimate? Is Lebanon? Jordan? Syria? Their borders date to the same period as the Palestine Mandate, the basis of Israel and the territories.
The UN voted for the establishment of a Jewish State (actually, for partition into Jewish and Palestinian states -- the Arabs launched a war instead of taking their share). How many nations rose specifically by UN vote? Sounds pretty legitimate.
There are dozens of Arab Muslim nations. There is only ONE Jewish state. Given the long history of persecution in Europe AND in Arab nations, I'd say the Jews deserve a state more than any other ethnic group.
What's your idea of justice, Asad, a 20th Arab state for the Palestinians, who didn't even exist as a distinct ethnic group prior to Israel? (Same language, same religion, same culture as surrounding Arabs.) I'd say JUSTICE is a sovereign Jewish state, and settlement of the Arab refugees amongst their Arab brothers. Israel managed to resettle the 800,000 or so Jewish refugees who left or were expelled from Arab lands in the years after Israel was established--surely the Arabs, with all their oil wealth and a lot more territory, can resettle their Arab "brethren."
The idea that Jews and Christians lived peacefully for centuries in Arab nations is largely myth. Non-Muslims have subordinate status according to the Quran; they are tolerated if they accept this subordinate (dhimmi) status and paid large taxes. Sometimes the Muslim rulers were liberal, at other times they were brutal in suppression of minorities. (Only recently, Hamas terrorists attacked churches in Gaza and told the Christians to know their place.) No thanks, Asad, I think living in an Arab dictatorship is already pretty degrading, I'd hate to be a non-Muslim minority on top of that!
Israeli land isn't owned by Muslims. It's owned by Jews. Some of it purchased, some of it abandoned, some of it lost in the war the Arabs started in 1948. And Muslims are certainly not in the majority in Israel. Arabs (both Christian and Muslim) make up about 20% of the population.
Your offer for Jews to live in "Palestine" is ridiculous. Looking at Gaza, why would anyone want to live in a Palestinian run state? For that matter, how many Westerners want to live in Syria? What respect do the Palestinians show to minorities? They destroyed Joseph's tomb. They descrated the Church of the Nativity. Considering the terrorist attacks on Israeli civilians and the vicious way the Palestinians treat their own people, even Palestinians don't seem to want to live in a Palestinian state.
The fact that you have come to the Israel page to post your rant is classic, even metaphoric. Who's the aggressor? The Jews aren't all over Arab nation threads trashing you. Why do you come here? Why can't you just leave Israel alone?
And if you really want to take action, may I suggest petitioning Lebanon and Syria to give the Palestinian refugees citizenship in those countries. I suggest petitioning the Palestinians to make a peaceful go in Gaza. If they can direct their energies to construction, instead of destruction, they will have the world's support and will end up with most of the West Bank.

You don't care about Jews and Muslims to live in peace. You are just attacking us for your own opinion and not facts. If you wanted real peace you would not blame Israel and you would see both sides. You must be Muslim. Go tho the Muslim section and live the Israel section alone. This is not the Muslim section.

Israel exists because God says Israel will exist. Are you challenging God's will? Israel was around way before any of those Arab countries, just like the Torah before the Koran. Look how defeated the Arab nations have been trying to fight against Israel. God has and always will protect Israel from harm. God bless Israel. Stop listening to Arab propoganda and start thinking for yourself. God gave you a brain, so use it:)
