Also there are many Racists trolls on this site like Archie Bunker who get certain questions removed but are allowed to answer any question they want with racist hate speech

Terry O - Please research or at least give wikipedia.org quick visit before saying things like that, first off... I meant troll in Internet terminlogy which is a person who creates an account to intentionally cause controversy by leaving strong comments.
There was nothing 'schoolyard' about what I said

yahoo is a private company. They can do what they want.
I know what you mean though. I don't like it if you speek satericly to prove a point they can deleate your account. Or if you question the moarility of some alterinative lifestiles they can falsly call that hate speech.

I can't help but think that they probably let their own personal feelings play a part in their decisions. Personally, I think everyone should have a say and let the people on here be the ones to choose not to answer. I have seen innocent questions get violations and some people are just plain too touchy or rude. Thanks for the question, glad it didn't get removed. lol. Have a great day!!

Yahoo doesn't remove them. It is an automated system. When another user reports you for abuse, or it could be more than one is needed, then it automatically triggers the system to delete your post. Just like after a certain number of posts deleted, you get suspended for a day or two.
There are no humans at Yahoo reading any of this stuff.

The first amendment here is irrelevant. It is about free political speech, and how our government is prevented from restricting it or negating it.
It has nothing to do with restricting non-political speech in a public forum that has nothing to do with the government of the United States.

The first admendment doesnt matter to a corporation. You have a right to say anything you want. You have your right to your religion.
You dont have a right to walk into a Muslim Church and Preach Catholisim.
Its not your right, you are in a place that has a code of conducts. You follow those conducts or you go say it somewhere else. They have a right to dictate what is acceptable on their private site.

The first amendment does not apply to Yahoo Answers. The first amedment says "Government shall make no law abridging the freedom..."
Private companies, however, are legally free to censor people all they way.

The fact that you use the words "non-hateful" and then follow them by calling people "trolls" should clue you in to why people don't like your remarks. Did you know that it is actually possible to debate or disagree with someone without sinking into schoolyard name-calling?
That goes for IG64 too. I doubt that there are any actual Nazis working at Yahoo!.

Yahoo is not the federal government. The 1st Amendment applies to the federal government, not private companies.
