My three cats always group up for something every single day. The naughty things they do daily, even if I try to stop them...they jump up at the TV when it's on. Everytime I watch TV, they all group up in the middle of the family room and block my view of the TV and start jumping up onto it. One time, they actually scratched the screen and we had to get a new TV and everytime we have to turn the TV on, we have to make them all go outside or they go upstairs and run around in my room, my mom's, and my brother's.

Lately we've been letting both girls out on the front porch. They're closely watched but behave pretty well.

Just last night my husband let Sophie onto the first step, a big mistake. She dashed down and ran into the yard then into the alley then back into the yard, and finally up the steps and back into the house.

You have to forgive them immediately because holding a grudge does no good.

Mine has a few quirky habits.

If given too much food in his bowl he will eat it and puke it back up for you to clean up.

Shredding toilet paper rolls has been his new favorite thing.

If its been a few days since he has had canned food, he will walk up to me and bite the back of my leg, like he is saying hey lady feed me the good stuff. (smart cat)

Running full force onto the love seat and banging his head on the window so you hear a "thump".

Paying back my kids for holding him when he wants to run and play. My kids don't abuse him as they are older and know how to handle cats. But sometimes he is moody and doesn't want to be picked up and the kids don't always pay attention to his subtle warnings. Cats never forget and will get revenge when you least expect it.

And none the less, I have to crack up every time he gets frisky and runs around the house in the late evening with his tail all fluffed up.

I have a grown female (rescued as a kitten) and a male kitten I rescued only about a month & 1/2 ago. My female cat scratches the furniture and the kitten tears up the toilet paper. He attacks it no matter where I put it and shreds it all over the floor. But I love them so I forgive them.

I rescued my kitty from the pound. She was bind and declawed when I got her, so naturally she came with some behavior problems. She misses the litter box, sometimes accidentally and sometimes on purpose. She has accidents on the bed if we have people over, because she can hear them talking from the other room, gets scared, and is afraid to leave the bed. She is very vocal, since she cant see, and we wake up at night a lot of times to her "yelling" at us to be petted!

But, we made the choice to get a cat with special needs, so we just live with it. She is super sweet and more than worth the little bit of extra work.

I had two cats,(one has passed) who in there younger days just tolerated each other. When I was not at home, or worse , when I was sleeping they would get in a fight and chase each other around the room, over the furniture and knock over everything in their path, I'd holler at them and get out of bed and find them both hiding under a table. I wish I had those days again.

My Madeline jumps on my dresser and steals my chapstick. I have hardwood floors and I think she just likes to bat it around to watch it roll and hear it make noise, but the tube was gone for a long time - I just found it yesterday. I think she was using it b/c she knows it wasn't tested on animals. lol.
She also likes to put her front paws on the trash can when I have the lid open. She's not quite tall enough to see inside, so she just stands there...eventually she gets tired and when she tries to back away from it, she knocks the can over and spills garbage on my kitchen floor.
I'm not mad at her for too long...I know she's just a kitten and that's what kittens do: they get into things!

1. Decided that my hair was the best cat toy EVAH: She will get up on furniture behind me and chase it, or get into bed and chase it there. Usually she ends up scratching me or getting cat spit on my hair

2. Treats cigarette boxes as long lost children: She will find a box, pick it up in her mouth, and walk around mowling until she finds a good place to 'hide her baby'. When (and if) I find the cigarettes, there are little teeth holes in the box and in the cigarettes.

Takes about a minute, or until I go out and buy more cigarettes.

mine doesn't really do anything naughty-he is such a good boy. he annoys me when he whines & whines for no reason (i think he just wants attention) but it's not a naughty thing. and when the rare moment occurs he does do a bad thing, he is too damn cute not to forgive!!
