The Communist Party

Anyone who claims the answer is either Christians or The Crusades, doesn't know what The Crusades were about.

History shows that every time Christians have defended themselves against Muslims (since the beginning of Islam in the 600's AD) people blamed the Christians for all the deaths. The TRUTH is that Muslims caused the deaths by attacking Christians, just as they caused deaths on 9/11, before and since then.

More Muslims have caused "deaths due to religion" than any other religion.

Don't like that fact? Tough!

Since you're in the religious section I'm guessing you mean which RELIGION. Because religions are not "organizations."

Organizations are things like the UN. PETA. stuff like that...

I'd say Hitler. Pol Pot came close. But those are dictatorships. Not "organizations..."

Christianity, the Nazis and the Stalinists/Communists.

Christianity has pretty much left the bodycount race, Naziism and Stalinism/Communism were eliminated. Islam is in 4th place and desperately trying to catch up after a late start.

It's hard to say - most wars in BC time were territorial.
But I do agree with the communist answer.

Why is everyone focused on the last 1000 years or so. In BC time groups of people would come in and wipe out an entire nation over land...

The Nazis...they weren't a government, but a party that took over a government...killing 17 million people in death camps and countless soldiers....

The Communist Party. Seven million Ukrainians died in the Holodomar. Between Russian and Chinese communists, the level of homicide exceeds even that of the wars of the ancient world, when defeat was almost always followed by genocide. Carthage was small potatos compared to the Ukraine in 1933-34.
