Noooo! Don't do that. Sports bras are already tight-fitting, so make sure you get your true size. They are often made of cotton, spandex and elastic, so normal wash and wear is going to shrink it a little too.
I like Champion sports bras. I have no complaints with them whatsoever. The material is thick and wicks away the sweat. Buy one based on your bra size, though. I've seen sports bras that have skinny straps and for my size, that totally doesn't work for my girls.
