The list of popes does not start until about 32 C.E.:
1. Peter (32-67)
2. Linus (67-76)
3. Anacletus (Cletus) (76-88)
4. Clement I (88-97)
5. Evaristus (97-105)
6. Alexander I (105-115)
7. Sixtus I (115-125) -- also called Xystus I
8. Telesphorus (125-136)
9. Hyginus (136-140)
10. Pius I (140-155)
With love in Christ.

Well, who said he was born on 4 BC?
Before Christ and the Year of our Lord...that is what BC and AD stand for...
Jesus, because of the gregorian calander, was born on year 0(some say there isn't a year 0, but there is).
Jesus was in his 30s when He died, not 40s...
=================================
Also, Peter wasn't a Pope...technically. He was the leader, but the Pope wasn't an actual position until some time later...they just say he was the first Pope because he was the person Jesus founded His church on...

Catholics consider St. Peter to be the first pope. (historians generally do not recognise the rank as usefully existing until centuries later). Peter only gained this position at the death of Jesus, which is somewhere around 33 AD. There is deinfitely no pope at 1AD (0 AD doesn't exist).

scholars believe Jesus was born around 4BC, died around 29AD. This is not a totally accurate calendar that most use.
who was this pope in 1 AD, since Jesus spoke to "the rock" after Jesus turned 30, which places the time around 28-29 AD.

You have your dates a bit messed up...Jesus died around 30 AD and the Catholic Church list the first pope as St. Peter, serving in the role from 32-67 AD

Your dates re Jesus are a bit off.
But ....why a pope from 0 to 01.
First, there is no year 0.
Second, there were no popes till CENTURIES later.

the catholic church took its titles such as priests from the Jews but I do not know if they had a pope like Figaro they did have a high priest I think that would be the closest.

There are no records of the actual dates of Jesus' birth or death. They are estimates contrived by religious groups to suit their needs.
