Depends on the contract they have with the team owners, includes everyone on the team, engine builders, pit crew, etc.

The pit crews are salaried workers where as the driver is an independent contractor who gets about 45 % to 55 % of weekly winnings.

as far as the drive it all depends on what place they finish in the race. Like if you win the race you get alot more than if you crash out in the first lap. Dont know about pit crew.

For all the advertising and fan interest, you'd think there would be plenty of money made by everyone. They make a big deal about a driver winning a million dollars. An unproven NFL football player SIGNS for twenty million. NASCAR is keeping it for themselves and is RAKING IT IN.

It would depend i would guess on what your contract has in it and whether you had a good manager to get you there. Contracts wtih crew members too.

It depends on their contracts, as for drivers it also depends on race purse and where they finish and any bonus they might get during the race.
