Well, I have worked with this guy for several months now. He's a 19 yr. old guy and I'm trying to figure out what's going on. He used to wait til i was done working then he would take his break and sit and talk with me outside until my ride came. Then recently when he came back from the beach he got a tattoo on his chest and showed it to me and i asked him why he got it and he said for me. Then when he found out i got my liscense (i never told him so he must have found out from another source) he said i should come pick him up and we could ride around. Then during work he accidentally hurt my hand and he said it was a "love pinch" What should I think of this guy?

You haven't mentioned if you like him or not or how old you are. Since you just got your license, I'm going to assume you're 16-17. If you do like him, ask him if he wants to get coffee with you sometime, or hang out sometime, but keep it casual. Have fun, good luck!

Get away and find a guy who will take care of you, not the other way around.

He fancies you so much that he's getting clumsy at work.
Ask him out. Maybe he'll concentrate more at work that way instead of trying to pluck up the courage to ask you out.

sounds to me like this guy is trying pretty hard to get your attention, and in all the wrong ways. I would be careful to watch this guy, this doesn't sound like a normal situation. He doesn't sound like someone who is very confident in himself, which would mean he is not being himself around you.
