If they have a customer service hotline, call them or go back to the dealer. Someone should be able to get that for you.

You may not be able to get this by e-mail.

You will need to contact either the Saab importer/distributor in your country (e.g. Saab GB - see http://www.saabinformation.co.uk/saabForms/contactUs/index.aspx ) or Saab's headquarters in Sweden, and quote your car's VIN.
