If we are living in the "last days" what is the next sign that happens right before the end?

Most people will miss the sign if they haven't payed attention at mass. But in fact it is apostacy, and then tribulation. Revelations can be figured a number of ways, most reason it to be about Nero Ceasar and things of the days of Saint John the Apostle. But the Gospel of Matthew Chapter 24 seems pretty clear there will be a long night without a day after severe tribulation as has not been seen from the beginint of the world until now and never will be again. I would look for the "abomination of desolation" sitting where it ought not. Now the Prophet Daniel spoke of this, but the Jews still hold a prophecy that the MESSIAH will come and restore the temple to its former glory. This should be an indication that those in judea should flee. .. that the end is upon us, that tribulation will come, and soon after this JESUS will come, for if JESUS did not come no flesh would be saved. But who can say how all this will go . .. so therefore we cannot tell the day nor our . .. watch!

The "last days" or "end of time," "second coming," etc. refers to an internal awakening/metanoia and breaking out of the time-based beliefs of the little, learned ego and rebirth/ resurrection of the Christ Self or authentic nature.
