I wish to become a fixed wing airline pilot and am not sure how to go about getting the qualifications,?

I live in South Africa so am only looking for training institutions within my country. So far I have found out how to start off by getting a 'PPL' but it will take too long before I have enough hours to be able to start the next step of training. Is anyone/pilot able to inform me of any commercial / airline licence colleges in South Africa which I can attend?
