If you are blond and cute, then you could have two issues.
1. you might seem unattainable... out of their league. In which case you might have to be the agressor.
2. you might be cute but have an ugly personality... time to look in the mirror to see the you beneath the pretty exterior. See what kind of image you project with your personality.

Don't rely so heavily on your looks. If you're cute, that's what initially attracts guys, but keep their attention with a sense of humor and have an opinion about things...personality is what generally wins a guy over.

1. Stop thinking that just b/c you're blonde makes you desirable (maybe guys are intimitated by you b/c you are too cocky)
2. Worry about who you are inside (do you really want someone to be into you just b/c you are pretty?)
3. Just be yourself (the right person will come along and be attracted to you for you)

WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECT IT, YOU WILL FIND SOMEON THAT WILL LIKE YOU AND FOR WHO YOU ARE.
