There is nothing like homemade rice with fried skinless chicken, I also love using herbs in my Greek salad it helps your blood flow and it fills me up, but not too much that my stomach hurts. And for break feast my mom showed me how to make homemade cereal and oatmeal which is great because we can determine how much fattening we can use and the amount of sugar necessary. And for lunch most of the time I have tuna salad with a little bit of seasoning and I always drink low sugared juice or spring fresh water.

Like a lot of others, I would say salads. Nearly every night I sit down to a serving of salad (85g typ.) topped with a serving of fat free shredded cheese (28g) and some sliced mushrooms. I also typically have some baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, and a serving of mixed broccoli and cauliflower (85g). For variation I change the salad dressings (all fat free of course) I use, often creating my own.

My all time favorite:

1/2 cup Kashi almond flax cereal
1 (dry) cup fresh blueberries
1/4 to 1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt

Mix it all together and it's a sweet, crunchy meal (I usually eat it for breakfast). Can sub any fruit or berry for the blueberries.

I actually love salads, one of my favorites to make myself is a Greek salad I make with tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, romaine lettuce, & sprinkle of feta cheese crumbles, seasoned with lime juice, salt & pepper & splash of olive oil. Serve it with grilled chicken breast or fish.
