No, but it would a great idea. Like apple pie, you mix some sliced bananas with brown sugar, lemon juice, nutmeg, vanilla, or whatever you like to put in an apple pie, bake it in a pie shell and see how it comes out. Sometimes you have to experiment with food and see how it comes out. If you find yourself asking the same question with another food, it probably hasn't been tried and that's why it hasn't been sold in stores yet. So just get a recipe for apple pie, replace the apples with bananas see what happens! Happy cooking!

Banana anything is crap. Why does that crazy widow next door keep making me banana bread. It's not sweet enough to be enjoyable like a piece of cake and it's too sweet to make a ham and mayonnaise sandwich with. The ants don't even like it.

Sorry, but this doesn't even sound good... but I know I shouldn't knock it before I try it... Hey... good luck with that!
I like my banana cream pie, banana bread with walnuts, banana slices dipped in chocolate or fruit dip, bananas just peeled and eaten (slightly green but mostly yellow) So, I do like bananas alot, but very traditional I guess! I have never tried a banana sandwich or even a baked banana... I don't like them frozen, or mushy... but they are good in jellos! :0)

Not that I am aware of, but you could try making it. Just slice up some banana and add a little sugar and butter into a pie crust and bake, it might be pretty good.

I have never heard of just plain banana pie. You would need some type of "binder" to it, or you'd just be eating sliced bananas with crust, right?
