Every time I do bench press and other chest exercises, my triceps get or seem bigger than my chest. They look unbalanced, and I hate to have bulky arms. I'd prefer to have lean arms and flat and toned chest. Is there any exercise/work out I can do or should do?

Use the pre-exhaustion principle.
Do flyes before you do a bench press. Flyes will isolate your pec muscles and then you can follow up with the bench press.

Try using a wider grip on the bench press. Just make sure your forearms stay parallel to the wall (when lowering the bar).

incline bench press, heavy weight low reps
also try try machines where it causes squeezing of the chest or pecks. bench pressing helps your chest out though. check your technique.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at
