Prepared proteinacous food ; Cooking is unnatural, and so is constipation in adults.

Due to the influence of heat, in cooked foods new substances originate. Among these are beta-carbolines. A part of these beta-carbolines is anesthetic. The anesthetic effect of these beta-carbolines slows the bowels down so much that constipation can result. Depends on how one stomach it or rather how they can digest it.
For lactose intolerant ppl. their body can't process/digest/break apart the milky/protein/enzymes properly thus creating probs. e.g. vomit, digestive probs, various oth. allergies issues.

Those who hv. weight probs/high blood cholestrol, well wouldn't adding more cheese/more fats suffocates one's body?
