Your best bet is to look on the Internet for recipes. If you can find recipes for anything from cheddar cheese to pipe bombs, I'm sure you can find one for moonshine. Be careful with that stuff, though...

Moonshine is an illegally brewed homemade alcohol that is pretty much 200 proof alcohol. It's illegal because when you brew alcohol you have to pay a federal tax and most people who brew moonshine don't pay that tax.
Moonshine is a type of alcohol made from pretty much fermenting any type of other beverage, most commonly yeast and sugar, yeah i know they're not beverages, but still. That fermentation creates two types of alcohol, ethonal, and the alcohol that you drink. Then it comes to splitting that ethnoal and alcohol where it can become quite dangerous. Then the difference between creating moonshine and other alcohol is that moonshine is not aged as with all other alcohol. By doing this, toxins, waste by products, and other impurities are not filtered out, leaving the drink quite dangerous if it has been exposed to any type of toxin. It was dangerous back in the old days because it was often brewed in underground mines, such as near coal and sometimes uranium.
Well, to your main question, just lots of mouthwash and maybe some alcoholic cough syrup. And if your mommie has any pills, they were wonders too.

Moonshine is made by yeast fermenting a sugar source to produce ethanol and then separating the alcohol from the fermenting mixture (the mash) through distillation using a still. Because of its illegal nature in many states and simple production, moonshine is usually not aged in barrels as are other, similarly-produced liquors such as whisky or bourbon, and it sometimes contains impurities, off flavors, and toxins such as methanol that the more sophisticated distillation methods of commercial distilleries are able to control. In popular culture, moonshine is usually presented as being extremely strong and in North America is commonly associated with the Southern United States, and Appalachia

Moonshine is an extracted distillation made of fermented fruits, yeast and sugar it is a highly concentrated form of alcohol and can be lethal if made incorrectly. There are kits for fermenting your own beer as well as making your own win both are safer since the alcohol content is lower. Making your own alcohol (like vodka, rum, whiskey) is not advisable do the the high flammability as well.
You could try your hand at flavoring your own alcohol to make infusions - it is by far safer and can produce lovely gifts for friends and family at the holiday.

moonshine can be made out of many things. usually a mash is made for it. there are a lot of recipes on the net, but let me advise ya, it is illegal to make it. no kidding. it hasn't been sitting out way too long, in fact moonshine can be drank soon as its made. it can actually be poisonous or a dangerous process if not done with care and/or former knowledge.

Moonshine can also be termed as country liquor; its illegal to make and also if you dont know how to exactly distill it you can go BLIND. Its highly volatile and can blow up the whole building in which you try your experiment (explode...booom)!
If you want to make something try your hand at things like infusions or sangria or cocktails etc...
People invest a lot of money building distilleries, breweries and wineries, lets not let their money go waste by trying such things....simply put...please go to the nearest superstore.

Any fermented beverage will have the same affect as alcohol because the end product and active ingredient in home brews is alcohol.

There is something called tejuino. It's a Mexican drink that is made from fermented corn. You could make it in your bathtub if you really wanted to.
