if you dont have internet how are you online to ask this question ??
as far as getting a promotional special price for cable TV only, there are only 2 ways that you can do that....
first, you need to bundle the tv service with there internet service (and phone service if you want)
OR switch from satellite to cable... they usuallay have a promotion for current satellite customers... normallay they will want to see a copy of your satellite bill when you install the cable...
if you currently have cable.. then you can not get a promotional price, unless you upgrade your services somehow (perhaps adding the internet services)
