Typically in the food service industry a typical serving is 4 ounces... so in a 5 pound (80 ounces) container you'll have 20 servings.

Based on the old rule of a serving = 1/4 pound, there would be 20 servings.

I think the "official" serving size is 4 ounces. If I am right, there would be 20 servings in 5 Lbs.

Depends on those big boys appetites!

Anyway, my daughter just took 2 lbs to a potluck of about 20 people and she had leftover. I would think IF everyone took a helping or two maybe 25.

20 serverings at 4oz serverings or 10 8oz serverings--- keep in mind that 8oz is 1/2 lbso 4oz is 1/4 lb whicvh is about right amount for a servering
