Yes if the mac has a Intel core 2 duo processor. How? send me your email ID I will send you all three ways to run windows xp sp2. It will be a pretty long answer, but i will definitly send you but a scanned page of what I have gathered knowledge.

Yes it can but then you are vulnerable to all the problems that come with running windows.

yes use vm ware and if u got a intel procceor in ur mac i think

You can use boot camp, but don't expect it to be flawless.
