Yes, God is in control of EVERYTHING...even the little things - like whether a leaf falls off a tree. God is all-knowing and all-powerful. He knows what's going to happen tomorrow or 10 years from now. This is true because time does not exist with God. He can pass from the day he created the world to 9/11 in seconds. 2 Peter 3:8 - "With the Lord a day is like 1,000 years and 1,000 years are like a day."

well if you think about it this way: God wishes that no man would perish......But He said that people will....for lack of knowledge...so it seems as tho each person will determine their destiny...altho some things happen ( God allows them- doesnt "ordain" them, peoples decisions lead them where they are) bad so that God can turn around the situation for good- for those who Love Him & are called for His purpose....****so that the world might see Him thru the good He has done thru the bad...altho some do not have "eyes" to see or hearts to receive...

If everything happens by "the will of God" then there is no free will.

If we have free will then God doesn't command everything.

I vote no too. God has no will because there is no God and there will never be one.
