The best bilingual English/Spanish dictionary I have is Collins Sp/Eng and Eng/Sp unabridged - fifth edition 1997, ISBN 84-253-3066-1. It seems to have all serious words, a good range of slang, a few naughty words (which JWs may not appreciate...) and many references to local usage in the various Latin American countries and regions.

It shows good detailed pronunciation of all English words using the IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) but rarely gives pronunciation of Spanish words except in the very few cases where this is different from the spelling. However, there is a good guide to Spanish pronunciation so that EVERY word may be pronounced correctly.
