You're absolutely right. No one is as critical as yourself or even other women. Men aren't looking at every little dimple; they're more taking in an "overall package". That's why a lot of men don't notice little things that women feel they should. They won't notice a couple extra pounds here or there or a slight change in hairstyle and little things like that. They're more into you as a person and your "general" appearance.

Um . . . guess what. Before you take your clothes off, a guy has a pretty good idea of what you look like naked. Thinking otherwise is only kidding yourself.
Girls are not "OVERLY-CRITICAL" about their bodies . . THEY ARE "INSECURE" about their bodies . That's why there are articles in magazines about "how to loose 3 pounds by the weekend", and "how to make yourself look like Paris Hilton for under $10".
LMAO!
Kinda silly - dont you think? - considering the guy is already INTERESTED in you.
So -->> "Do men see us the way we see us?" <<
A more appropriate question would be . . .
IS THE WAY YOU PRESENT YOURSELF
THE WAY YOU ACTUALLY ARE???
Because , in order to get a guys attention and make yourself "MORE ATTRACTIVE", you will dye your hair completely unnatural color(s), wear make up and DESPERATELY try and cover up your "flaws" . . . . and present yourself in a way that is UNNATURAL. You will even SAY WHAT YOU DON'T MEAN and PRETEND NOT TO LIKE A GUY WHEN YOU REALLY DO.
So it doesn't matter HOW HE sees you,
That's not what you women are REALLY interested in. . .
What matters to you MOST --> IS THAT HE NOTICES YOU AT ALL.
AND GUESS WHAT -->> WHETHER OR NOT A GUY STICKS AROUND DEPENDS ON NONE OF THE THINGS YOU TRY SO HARD TO BE "CRITICAL" OF.
The "flaws" he REALLY pays attention to,
are FLAWS IN YOUR BEHAVIOR.
:)

I think men see a woman differently no matter what.. It doesn't necessarily mean that she has to be revealing... A woman can be looked at differently just by the presence she gives to them...
I do agree girls are sometimes too critical.. and guys might not even be aware of those little details and flaws that girls stress over..

I think a real man sees a woman as an individual. Her imperfections are a physical trait and not an ugliness.
There's no way for a anyone to have a "perfect body". My wife is a very natural looking woman. She fights to keep fat off her. I'm very proud of the way she looks and my passion burns when I see her dressed sexy.
Any man looking for a perfect body will be disappointed frequently. Women are perfect, but human bodies are fragile and woman should be cherished for their individual beauty . . inside and out.

Guys definitely don't see us the same way we do. They do not notice our flaws until we point them out.
Of course there is a line that can be crossed, and this line is different for each guy.
Men will only notice what they like. The "bad" parts are usually invisible to them.
Like I said, this is only to a certain extent.
I am overweight, but I have great boobs. When I put my boobs into a shirt that really accentuates them, I get TONS of guys staring at them with their mouths open and even TELLING me I have great boobs, etc. They don't even seem to notice anymore that I have a bit of extra weight elsewhere. When I don't accentuate the boobs... I don't get any attention at all.

I think you're on to something. There is also an indirect correlation between the number of beers a guy has had to drink and how critical he is. That is, a guy is less picky after 5 or 6 beers than after only one or no beers at all.

the above pretty much covers it all...so, let's kick it up a notch...when a man is "in love", infatuated, at your command. a woman acquires a mysterious golden aura that manifests itself as unswerving acceptance of her physical appearance. essentially rendering it inconsequential. put another way...if he's really into you, what your physical flaws are doesn't matter. the shelf life of this magical power varies, but tends to diminish with time.

one is always overly critical of oneself, wether it be male or female. Someone else can always see the best in you, wether you agree or not. i believe the female form is beautiful, I actually prefer girls that eat, if you catch my drift, but yes, the body is beautiful, nice eyes and long hair dont hurt either :D

I think you're fooling yourself. They notice EVERYTHING about a woman's naked body. They may hit it anyway... but they notice.
