he is mutual friends with my x,he held me one night till i slept when i was still upset about my x cheating on me.he was very sweet.he liked me and i liked him but because of the messy situation we were in it would not have worked.i saw him a couple months after that night he held me and he told me i was killing him,my x was also there and upset that we liked eachother.after a year of still thinking about him i called and told him he was eating me alive,he said it was mutual and he had no idea but he started seeing someone.so i let it go and ended up running into him 2 weeks later and we had both been drinking and started to kiss uncontrolobly i stopped him when i rememebered his girlfriend,he continued to tell me how beautiful i am and how he wished he had known.after that night i never heard from him again,now i might see him this weekend,should i b rude to him or ignore him?

No because he might have just felt guilty that he did what he did with you and regrets is actions because of his girl friend or two is pride might be hurt. The worst thing you can do right now is be rude or ignore him because you need to see what is reaction will be .

If he is rude to you or ignores you then its most likely he has had his feelings hurt . You did the right thing you stopped your self from making a mistake and hurting his girlfriend you need to be applauded for that . But you just need to see what his reaction is because you don't want to hurt your friendship over a misunderstanding .

You too just need to have a good sit down and knowing the feelings you have for one another and come to some kinda of understanding .But if he got upset because you stopped him from cheating on his girlfriend then maybe you need to reevaluate your friendship .
