can I add an external antenna to my 07 Dodge Ram navigational unit?

The reason for this question is that when I carry my slide in camper the normal antenna is blocked; would appriciate a solution to this problem. Thanks, Neil

You will have a hole in the cab roof to move it to the front of the cab.Ask dodge if the have a remote unit for the dash?Or call the factory of the maker of the radio?
