I'd try the Aussie 3 Minute Miracle. It's a deep conditioner that I've used often after coloring. It comes in a packet, I've gotten it at Ulta or CVS. You put it on (for 3 minutes, obviously) and rinse. It works pretty well for me, I've been coloring my hair for YEARS.
Also, for every day use try finding a good conditioner for color-treated hair. L'oreal makes a great one called Color Vive. I love it and it smells good too. A little goes a long way and it's kept my hair from getting too dry.

Well im sure you know bleaching and coloring is not not not good for your hair. But it does look cute so if you do it, you will need a good product
Hot oil treatments work really really well to repair your hair cuticle. Also, deep contintioners at salons will make your hair feel amazing
Mayonaise (I know it sounds crazy) repairs your hair just as well. Put mayonaise all on your hair and leave it on 20-30 minutes. Rinse and shampoo as normal. It works great.
Hope this helps!

I am Cosmetologist and it depends on if it is the ends or through out your hair?
If it is the ends you can deep condition treatments, botanical oil on the ends, glosses, or just a trim.
If it is through out the hair again deep condition treatment, moisturizing treatment(hydrating), hair packed, there are several items you can get. You can wash your hair, put the deep conditioner on it and cover it with plastic wrap, shower cap or hot moist towel and leave for about 30 minutes. You can also go to your salon and get a deep condition treatment under a hair dryer and they are pretty inexpensive. You can also go to your local Sallys Beauty Supply they will help as well.

Good hair starts with a good diet. If you are not eating the right things and getting the proper nutrients, your body (including your hair) will suffer. Healthy skin, hair and nails starts from within. Products used externally only help a little, but if you are not eating properly, no amount of any product will help your external appearance.

Joico K-Pak conditioner is the best for dry, damaged hair. It can be used daily or as a deep conditioning mask.
I also recommend applying a bit of jojoba oil as a leave in conditioner. It will add a bit of sheen. Jojoba oil is non-comedogenic and washes out easily.

Use only conditioner every other washing, to help restore moisture and natural oils to your hair, which detergents in shampoo strip out. Try a system that helps repair damage.
