These are all my suggestions:
Boil up a big pot of water... Then put it on a sturdy surface... grab a towel.... put your face by the boiled water pot, so the steam goes on your face (the towel is to cover you head and the pot, so the steam does not escape).... stay like that for up to 20 minutes.... it is worth the wait....
wash your face daily with any type of aveeno face wash, it doesnt have those harsh chemicals.... it works really good for me....
good luck!!!

You can't permanently reduce the size of large pores, but there is help! Wash your face regularly with a good soap or cleanser, only you can determine which is best for you. Use an exfoliating scrub regularly. Use Biore Pore Strips at least once a week and always follow cleansing with a splash of Witch Hazel as an astringent.
Some products to try: Clearasil, Neutrogena, Neutrogena, Pears, St. Ives, Ponds

if your pores are noticeable then you might have plenty of blackheads. Try Origins Clear Improvement to get rid of the impurities from the pores first then apply a pore reducer, you could try Estee Lauder, they have a good pore reducer to make it smaller. If you try going for a facial maybe twice a month (men do go for facial ok) that will even make it better. Hope this helps. good Luck.

Pore size is determined by genetics & hormone levels. Pores cannot be made smaller permanently. The best one can do is to exfoliate to keep them clear and use a clay mask to temporarily tighten them.
You can use products w/ salicylic acid to help slough off dead skin cells. e.g. Neutrogen Clear Pore Oil Eliminating Toner http://neutrogena.com/ProductsDetails_69.asp
Gentle face scrubs are another option. You can make a paste of baking soda and water to gently exfoliate your skin. Avon Microdermabrasion Scrub is my favorite one.
Facials also help keep pores clear. Here's how to DIY: http://www.ehow.com/how_2564_give-yourself-facial.html
Some home remedies:
You can crush up 6 plain, uncoated aspirin tablets and mix it w/ a little water to make mask. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes & rinse off w/ cool water.
Mix half a teaspoon of crushed uncoated aspirin tablets with Queen Helene Mint Julep mask or aloe vera gel to use as a mask. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes & rinse off w/ cool water.
Milk of Magnesia - apply in thin layer where needed & allow to dry 5-10 mins. Will absorb oil & tighten pores. Can be used as a spot treatment too.
For toner:
8 ounce bottle of distilled water add four crushed, uncoated
aspirin
or
mix of 1/2 water, 1/2 witch hazel, 15 crushed, uncoated aspirin, and 2 drops of tea tree essential oil and 2 drops of rosemary essential oil

here do this, put boilijng water on a bucket and rest ur face on the rim with a towel so none of the steam escapes and let the steam hit your face for a good 10 minuttes. then immediatley soak your face in cold water. the hot steam opens up your pores making them humngesly bigger, while the cold water closes them into tiny little pores. after you do this, rub vaseline over your face and your pores should be looking quite tight,
