i work , near by . ( just part time ) although i have an engineerin degree (got it 7 mos ago), i don't have any motivation to find a job in that field yet ( since it was imposed upon me , when i wanted to do something related to music ) .
i don't know what's there to do after coming back from work . I have some friends , but i am going thru some shi##t right now i can't even think straight . After getting out from work at 6.30 i feel so sad and bored and depressed , i go for a ride myself somewhere . i just got out from a relationship ,Why it hurts so much is because i didn't want anyone till i was atleast a litle more older. But i trusted her to be there forever and she left ( cuz of family problems ) . Now i feel so alone . what are some things that i can do or you do , after work to cheer you up ?

please don't tell me to come home . because there is noone home i can really talk to . or do anything with . We don't talk .

What can i do to forget everything , atleast for a while?

Take up a hobby, preferably something physical. Physical exercise will help you feel better mentally and emotionally. I'd recommend rock climbing, most cities have an indoor gym. But try something that you've always thought was cool. Maybe an adult softball or soccer league, or an African drumming group, or martial arts. Whatever activity you get involved in, meet some new people because they will breathe new life into you!

Join a health club and meet new people while improving your health. Look in the yellow pages for clubs and organizations that might interest you.

Ride a bike, get a dog, play video games, read, go for a walk, fish, hunt, or clean your car.

you need to get in touch with your inner being. you cannot find real happiness out side yourself, it comes from inside.

smoke , eat, drink, watch tv, dvds and surf the web.
