I am the owner of a website that sells pharmaceuticals from India. My question is: Where is the best place to advertise my website in the USA? I'm living in Europe and don't know how to market my products in the USA. I've asked this question a couple of months ago and got only stupid answers. Is there anyone out there who cares about all the poor people in the USA that DON'T have health insurance?

I would talk to an attorney about that. As far as I'm aware, it is illegal to buy prescription drugs from other countries. There is probably a lot of regulatory red tape you'll need to cut through, even if there is a loop hole.

It is nice that you want to help people. However, before you can sell your product in the USA, you have to have FDA approval for your product, you also need an american doctor to oversee your policies, it is illegal to sell prescription drugs to americans without a doctor's order. I suggest to you that contacting the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) would be a good first step.
