im just a nice asian kid thats gonna be a sophomore at high school and i am currently 5'6 and 125 pounds .. im just wondering if thats any good or bad?? im kind of concerned .. I need to grow and bulk up ASAP!!

You sound fine, as long as your BMI and body fat ratio are okay, don't worry about it. Americans are very fat, so don't worry about what the average kid weighs. I don't think it's a good idea for a 15 year old to start bulking up. Eating a lot is fine, because you'll probably be able to burn it off like nothing, but lifting weights so young? I would talk to a doctor about that first.

Well I'm 15 years old and I'm 6 feet.. Now i always felt that i was to tall for my grade which would be a sophomore (but i graduated all ready) But when i was a senior i always seen tat freshman and sophomores were short... My advice to you is to not worry about it.. You at a good height for your grade.. You still have until your 18 to stop growing... So you might get taller or stay the same... But all in all 5 foot 6 is a average height for a 10Th grader.

You're fine unless your doctor specifies "gain more weight" you should be ok.
Proper diet and exercise is good no matter what age, especially in your growth spurt days when you need energy to keep up with studies.

You're a little on the thinner side, but you're still normal. If you want to play sports or you just want to bulk up, start eating more meat, protein shakes and exercise.

you are a bit thin, but other than that no problem. if you want to bulk up ask your schools PE coach about weight training.

bad im a freshman im 214 and 5'10 u need to like start lifting weights or something to bulk up or eat alot cause if u gonna play football 125lbs kids get killed
